If you have configured the collection of Agrifirm delivery notes in the past, you will have to take action again. Agrifirm only provides delivery notes for crop protection products and fertilisers via JoinData.
Please follow the steps below to set up the retrieval of delivery notes again:
1. Click on the Communication button (icon: envelope)
2. Choose the Delivery notes tab on the left-hand side
3. Choose +Couple organisations and select Agrifirm
4. Click on +Add customer number
Log on to www.join-data.nl and accept the authorisation.
Once you have accepted the authorisation, Agrifirm's delivery notes are automatically read into the stock records within 24 hours. You can open the stock administration via the menu button Stock (icon: truck).
